Forth Valley College is seeking an experienced Systems and Network Officer to join its Information Technology Services team. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be responsible for the operation and development of the College's network, server and cloud infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, resilient and able to support high-quality learning, teaching and business delivery.
You will provide hands-on technical support and leadership across on-premise and cloud environments, contribute to the College's network and cloud strategy, and help embed clear infrastructure standards and good governance. You will also support colleagues through technical guidance and knowledge-sharing, working collaboratively to deliver reliable and future-ready digital services.
You will have significant experience in systems, network and cloud infrastructure, strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft Azure, experience of network security and hybrid environments, and the ability to troubleshoot, prioritise and work effectively in a busy setting. You will be a collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
