Are you an organised, proactive, and tech-savvy administrator with a passion for student engagement? Join the Forth Valley Student Association (FVSA) and help us deliver outstanding support and experiences for our student community!
Essential Requirements:
*SVQ Level 3, NC, or considerable relevant experience
*Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Proven experience in customer service and handling first-line enquiries
*Ability to develop and implement admin procedures
*Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Desirable Skills:
*Experience with MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Canva
*HNC or equivalent in administration or information management
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive admin support for FVSA activities and events (e.g. Welcome Week, Student Awards)
*Prepare reports, correspondence, and promotional materials
*Maintain digital platforms including social media, Moodle, and the FVSA website
*Organise meetings, take minutes, and manage documentation
*Support student engagement through class visits, focus groups, and training sessions
*Provide training to new colleagues and manage internal communications
