Forth Valley College is seeking a motivated and collaborative Quality Advisor to join our Quality and Teaching Enhancement Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with colleagues across the College to support quality assurance, improvement and enhancement activities that help ensure the highest standards of learning, teaching and assessment for our students.
As a key member of the team, you will work in partnership with curriculum and support departments, external awarding and accreditation bodies, and a range of stakeholders to support quality processes, enhancement initiatives and compliance requirements. The role offers the opportunity to influence positive change, share good practice and contribute to College-wide improvement activities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, experience of working in an educational setting, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will enjoy working collaboratively, analysing information to inform decision making, and supporting colleagues to achieve high-quality outcomes for learners.
