The Salon Services section within the department of Creative, Digital and Leisure Industries at Forth Valley College is looking for a creative, dynamic, enthusiastic and imaginative Lecturer to deliver on the HND Make Up Artistry course. You will produce high quality learning, teaching and assessment materials, and deliver excellent teaching within the specialist area of both Hairdressing and Make Up Artistry. You will work with others to develop new approaches to teaching and make use of learning technologies.

Ensuring that the curriculum is relevant and up-to-date, you will contribute to the development of elements of provision and enhance students' learning through providing support. You will naturally have a strong learner focus.

You will be educated to HND level or equivalent, and have experience in delivering Make Up Artistry qualifications across both Hair and Make Up Specialisms. Assessor and Verifier qualifications would be desirable. You will have experience of developing innovative teaching practice along with good organisational skills and evidence of appropriate ICT skills.
