The Department of Information Systems are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Student Administration Business Partner - Admissions, within the Student Administration team. You will play a key part in the Student Journey by providing essential administrative support in relation to the student recruitment and admissions process.

You should possess an HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject area with excellent IT, administrative, organisational and analytical skills demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. Experience of working in an educational environment and having knowledge of Management Information Systems would be advantageous.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and screening of applications against course criteria
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Updating offers
  • Liaising with Curriculum Managers and Interviewers for a portfolio of courses
  • Processing of student enrolments
