Based at Falkirk Campus

Fixed term to December 2025

Based at our busy Falkirk Campus refectory and coffee bar, you will have responsibility for providing an excellent customer service to staff, learners and members of the public.

Working as part of a team with staff and students in the kitchen and front of house, your duties will include:

  • Stock replenishment
  • Cash handling
  • Setting up and cleaning restaurant areas and equipment
  • Supporting with back of house duties such as the dishwash areas

You will be responsible for the compliance of Health and Safety and catering service policies and procedures. You may also be asked to provide cover at our other campuses.

With a knowledge of food hygiene best practice, you should have an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate (or be prepared to gain this within 3 months of commencing in the role) and a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a catering environment.
