Location and Dates
Business Intelligence Graduate â Forth Ports Ltd, 100 Ocean Drive, with placement at Port of Leith or Port of Grangemouth. Compensation: ÂŁ32,000. Start Date: August 2026. Closing Date: Monday 23rd February 2026.

What are we looking for
We want to build on our success and to do this we know that we must continue to invest in our future business leaders. We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in using data to solve real business problems. You will be proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, with a strong desire to develop both your technical skills and your ability to communicate insights clearly and responsibly.
- A degree in a numerate discipline (e.g. Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics) with a minimum 2:1 achieved / expected
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python (or similar BI/analytics tools)
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills; ability to translate business needs into data solutions
- Curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous professional development
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastâpaced environment
- Commercial Awareness & Understanding of supply chains, port operations/logistics are advantageous
- Full driving licence, valid in the UK due to travel across our Ports
- The successful candidate must by the start of their employment have permanent permission to work in the UK
