FORTH® Building Services is seeking a Project Quoting & Commercial Management professional to prepare accurate, competitive quotations across £20k–£150k projects (sometimes £500k+).
You will read specifications and drawings to produce compliant bids and decide on prelims, mark-ups, and margins to achieve sales targets.
You will attend site surveys to understand client requirements, propose value-engineered and greener solutions, and liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
