About The Role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Specialist with deep expertise in Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing to lead the technical delivery, business process design, and functional optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role combines platform capability with strong ERP process knowledge, acting as the functional authority to design, configure, and continuously improve scalable, secure and well‑governed D365 solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and Microsoft best practices.

Working closely with business, IT, data, architecture, and Supply Chain stakeholders, you will translate end‑to‑end operational requirements into robust ERP configurations that drive standardisation, control and operational excellence.

What you will do:

  • Functional Solution Ownership
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
  • Translate business processes into effective D365 solutions
  • Lead functional design workshops and solution design sessions
  • Configure D365 modules to support business needs (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance)
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation
