An opportunity has arisen for a Composite & Team Mechanical Support to join the Jaguar TCS Racing department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment.
About the role
To provide composite component assembly, repair and mechanical support for the Jaguar Formula E Team.
What you will do
Primary function
- Bring the expertise, process and hands‑on ability necessary to provide the Jaguar Formula E Team with composite component assembly and repair on event and at the factory.
- Support the Race, Test and factory teams in their operational goals, being able to assist with other hands‑on team requirements as required.
- Job Requirements
- Assemble, adjust, repair and disassemble the team’s composite components on event and at the factory.
- Assemble / repair / maintain components, pit and garage equipment and car hardware as required.
- Assemble and maintain race and test garage infrastructures and hardware both on event and when at the factory.
- Provide hands on support for factory operations as required.
- Ideally, possess a good vehicle wrapping skillset; able to confidently wrap complex bodywork and garage infrastructure components.
- Provide feedback of any component issues and problems.
- Adhere to all Jag FE and wider business processes and policies.
- Follow all safety regulations in all venues.

- Adequate composite trackside assembly and on event repair experience, in a motorsport environment.
- A confident team player, familiar with the fast paced and ever‑changing requirements of a race and test team.

Fast‑paced work environment requiring heavy mental demands.
Work environment includes machinery, race cars, 7‑post and other rigs, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids.
