  • Providing first- and second-line support for hardware, software, user accounts and connectivity issues.
  • Preparing, deploying and maintaining laptops, workstations, mobile devices and peripherals used across factory and test operations.
  • Supporting core IT infrastructure, including networks, Wi-Fi, servers, storage, virtualisation and cloud services.
  • Helping to set up and support IT systems for vehicle tests, rig sessions and other time-critical engineering activities.
  • Monitoring systems, investigating incidents, escalating where appropriate and documenting resolutions.
  • Assisting with joiners, movers and leavers, access permissions, software deployment, asset records and licence management.
  • Supporting patching, backups, endpoint protection, cyber security controls and business continuity activities.
  • Automating routine tasks and improving support processes through scripting, standardisation and appropriate tooling.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, setup guides and knowledge-base articles.
  • Working with colleagues and suppliers to deliver upgrades, installations and infrastructure changes with minimal disruption.

Our goal is to provide reliable, secure and well-supported technology that enables our factory and test teams to operate effectively in demanding, time-critical environments, allowing and enabling every opportunity to gain advantage on track.
