This full-time role provides software and hardware support, installs software and hardware for customers, and supports growth of the Tech2Home business.
The role includes:
- Troubleshooting
- Providing solutions for desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals
- Driving Tech2Home services
- Handling returns
- Liaising with suppliers
