Forterro is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our team and support a portfolio of customers using our industry-leading software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a customer-facing or sales position and wants to develop a career in account management. You'll work closely with experienced Account Managers, take ownership of customer relationships, and play a key role in helping customers get the most value from their software investment.

You'll support customers using LogiKal, the leading software solution for designing, calculating and manufacturing windows, doors and curtain walls, and Quotila, Forterro's cloud-based sales and quotation platform for the fenestration industry. The majority of your time will be spent working with existing customers. You'll build relationships, understand their business needs and identify ways they can benefit from additional products, services and functionality. Alongside responding to customer enquiries, you'll proactively engage with customers, uncover commercial opportunities and contribute to customer retention and account growth. This role has been created as a stepping stone into Account Management, with a clear path towards managing your own portfolio of customers and taking on greater commercial responsibility.
