Description
Manage the Certinia Project as Project Manager (Budget, Timeline, Scope) in close collaboration with the Product owner and Exec Sponsor. Forterro's PS organisation has selected Certinia PSA as the tool to manage all PS aspects. This role is open to applicants based in any current Forterro location.
Responsibilities
- Help the teams to understand the new processes and new system by:
- Manage the tracking of BAU and deployment scope elements (JIRA)
- Support the test of new features (Certinia Development, QA and UAT environments)
- Orchestrate the documentation (Confluence)
- Facilitate the interaction between the field organisation and Project Coordinators & Services Sales Desk
- Plan system upgrades (new features, new processes, new ways of working)
- Evolve steering committee meeting (contribute)
- Certinia steering committee meetings (prepare and present)
- Plan new deployment requests
- Certinia PS
- Certinia Support
- Other external Consultants
- SFDC Admins
- MyFortX integration team
- Annual project creations
- Rate Card updates
- Application of Service Packs
- Respond to day to day issues
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
- Strong affinity to processes and systems.
- Eager to become a PS process expert.
- Experience with Salesforce beneficial.
- Experience with any Professional Service Automation tool preferred.
- Fluent in English.
