Forterro’s Professional Services organisation has selected Certinia PSA as the central platform for managing all Professional Services activities. We are seeking a Senior Business Project Manager to lead the Certinia project, ensuring disciplined management of budget, timeline and scope, and working in close partnership with the Product Owner and Executive Sponsor throughout the implementation. This position is open to applicants based in any current Forterro location.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Certinia project in accordance with agreed budget, timeline and scope, working in close partnership with the Product Owner and Executive Sponsor.
  • Represent the Certinia project within the Evolve programme and maintain strong alignment with programme objectives.
  • Participate in Evolve steering committee meetings and provide informed contributions to support decision‑making.
  • Prepare, deliver and present materials for Certinia steering committee meetings.
  • Plan and manage requests for new deployments in a structured and timely manner.
  • Guide teams in understanding and applying new processes and system functionalities.
  • Monitor BAU and deployment‑related activities through JIRA, ensuring transparent and accurate tracking.
  • Support the testing of new system features across Development, QA and UAT environments.
  • Maintain organised, comprehensive project documentation using Confluence.
  • Facilitate effective communication between field organisations, Project Coordinators and the Services Sales Desk.
  • Plan and coordinate system upgrades, including new functionalities, revised processes and updated working methods.
  • Coordinate delivery efforts across a range of contributors, including Certinia PS, Certinia Support, External consultants, SFDC Administrators, and The MyFortX integration team.
  • Support stable operational activities by anticipating and resolving issues such as annual project set‑up, rate card updates, application of Service Packs, and day‑to‑day operational challenges.
  • Work in close cooperation with Finance and the Evolve Programme Management team to ensure robust monitoring, reporting and control of project financials.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
  • Strong affinity for processes and systems.
  • Motivation to develop into a Professional Services process expert.
  • Experience with Salesforce is beneficial.
  • Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools is preferred.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
