Role Overview
The Software & Data Installation Technician is responsible for deploying software solutions for customers, from initial installation through to go-live and handover. The role involves installing and configuring applications, completing associated data builds, and delivering solutions both remotely and on customer sites as required. Working closely with customers and internal teams, the consultant ensures implementations are accurate, reliable and aligned with agreed requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure and deploy software solutions, including associated data builds, both remotely and on customer sites as required.
- Deliver end-to-end implementations, ensuring solutions are set up accurately and in line with agreed customer requirements and timelines.
- Test software thoroughly to confirm functionality and performance prior to go-live.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during installation, testing or deployment.
- Produce clear and accurate documentation, including customer sign-off materials.
- Prepare comprehensive handover documentation to enable a smooth transition to Support teams.
- Work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation experience.
- Manage multiple implementations concurrently, maintaining strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach throughout the delivery process.
