We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us at our Milton Site in the position of Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineering Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity, with yearly salary increases, to work towards becoming a fully skilled engineer at one of the UK’s leading building material manufacturers.

Apprenticeship summary

  • Working week: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Annual Salary: £20,800pa
  • Expected duration: 48 months
  • Start date: 1st September 2026
  • Apprenticeship level: Advanced Level Apprenticeship
  • Location: Milton

Vacancy description

The Role includes but is not limited to:

  • Ensuring the efficient and safe working of the plant by utilising the skills taught during your training
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance daily and installation of new equipment as required
  • Responding to and acting upon the fault report system

  • Shift work may be required on completion of the apprenticeship
  • The first year of the apprenticeship includes residential training in Birmingham.
