We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Process Engineer to join our Technical Quality Assurance team.
The successful candidate will act as a Central Process Engineer, liaising with Engineering, Quality, and Operational plants supporting Aircrete, Brick, and Concrete products. The role focuses on delivering process and innovation improvements related to quality, delivery, sustainability, and cost.
This position involves leading process improvement initiatives, resolving technical issues, and supporting new product development and innovation projects under the guidance of the Technical Operations Manager.
Your responsibilities include:
- Technical Operational Support: Providing practical expertise in manufacturing technology within Aircrete, Brick, or Concrete production. Leading material development and process optimization projects, acting as a subject matter expert in problem-solving, and supporting plant start-ups and commissioning activities.
- Process Development and Optimization: Conducting trials to optimize material usage and maintain product quality, leading NPD projects, and implementing systems to reduce reliance on paper-based processes, incorporating new technologies like AI and cameras.
- Process Improvement & Sustainability: Collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure compliance, applying continuous improvement tools, and delivering innovation projects.
- Mentorship & Development: Mentoring junior staff, delivering technical training, and promoting continuous personal and team development using WCM, FI, and TPM practices.
About You:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams
- Background in Material Science, Science Management, or relevant Process Engineering experience
