We are currently seeking a full-time, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team as a Customer Service Coordinator. The role is based Monday to Friday, from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm.

Salary: circa £23,500, rising to £24,600 after a successful probation period.

As the first point of contact for queries and orders across our range of building products, you will work as part of a motivated team committed to providing outstanding service. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving as the primary contact for merchant and housebuilder customer inquiries and processing orders for our building products.
  • Managing customer accounts and processing orders.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Managing a busy workload with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
