We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us at our Measham Site in the position of Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineering Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity, with yearly salary increases, to work towards becoming a fully skilled engineer at one of the UK’s leading building material manufacturers.
Working week: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Apprenticeship Duration: 48 months
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Locations: Desford, Hams Hall, Hoveringham, Kings Dyke, Measham, Milton & Newbury
The Role includes but is not limited to:
- Ensuring the efficient and safe working of the plant by utilising the skills taught during your training
- Carrying out preventative maintenance daily and installation of new equipment as required
- Responding to and acting upon the fault report system

- Salary will be reviewed throughout apprenticeship
- Shift work may be required on completion of the apprenticeship
- The first year of the apprenticeship includes residential training in Birmingham.
