We are currently looking for a full-time motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team in the position of Customer Service Coordinator, working Part Time on a Fixed Term Contract.
Do you feel you have the skills & personality to succeed within our busy sales and customer service centre? You would be the first point of contact for all queries or orders across a range of our building products. You will be working as part of an engaged and motivated team who strive to provide outstanding service to our customers. If yes, this role could be for you.
Your duties would include but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our merchant and housebuilder customer enquiries and processing orders for our building products.
- Processing orders and managing customer accounts.
- Working closely with our other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communications.
- Ability to manage a busy workload with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
