About the role: We are hiring a Senior Analytics Consultant to sit within our dynamic Analytics Services team. The Analytics Services team specializes in fraud prevention and securing trust in the e-commerce space. Reporting to the Manager, Global Analytics Services, this role will be pivotal in bridging analytical expertise with real-world applications to the business field in the EMEA region. What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with some of the largest global retailers to support their unique challenges and provide tailored analytical solutions.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to extract insights that will drive business goals, mostly using Snowflake DB and Kibana.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices and strategies for all of our products.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and advancements in fraud prevention technologies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics to maximize value and success for Forter’s strategic accounts.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience.
- Preference working in a client-facing analytics or professional services function, specifically within an enterprise B2B SaaS organization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: SQL is a must, Python is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-quant audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage analytical projects from inception to completion.
- An ability to be proactive and strategic with the needs and challenges of our clients.
- Experience in fraud prevention analytics is a plus.
- Experience in customer-facing interactions is a plus.
