Job Description The Role \n Due to continued successful growth, We have a new permanent opportunity to join our Fortem Repairs and Maintenance team at Cambridge Housing Society as a Plumber Multi Skilled Trade which uses core Plumbing skills, You will need to be Unvented G3 qualified and have basic Carpentry. \n The Plumber Multi Trade will be responsible for most aspects of property maintenance and repairs to Social Housing Properties covering a patch across North Cambridgeshire which include Cambridge Central, Peterborough and Wisbech and surrounding areas so travel is essential. \n Core Hours are Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.30pm - Work Van, Fuel card Tools provided! + Generous ON CALL rota \n The Customer \n Cambridge Housing Society is one of our long term partnerships. We are responsible for all repairs and maintenance of their social housing properties which cover the Cambridgeshire region Head office is based in Central Cambridge and the patch includes surrounding areas from Wisbech, Royston and Haverhill. There are nearly 3,000 properties, mostly houses and flats, and we look after a range of work including Repairs, Voids, Cyclical Works and Planned workstreams \n We are currently rated as 4.5 on Glassdoor and 93% of staff would recommend to a friend! \n Duties and Responsibilities \n \n Completing Full Plumbing and basic Carpentry repairs work for all social housing properties as per the specification, working in a timely and productive manner with specific turnaround deadlines. \n Using Plumbing knowledge of Unvented Cylinders and all plumbing repairs work whilst advising Supervisor in a timely manner when other trades are required. \n Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects. \n Recording and submitting accurate data using relevant business systems electronic devices. \n Affording excellent customer service to client representatives and tenants. \n Arranging purchase of materials required to deliver the works in a planned and efficient manner. \n Comply with safeguarding policy and H
