The Role Due to our continued growth, we are delighted to confirm we are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to be working within the Stoke and Chester areas. This is a permanent role and the core working days are Monday to Friday. The Customer This will be working within the Sanctuary Housing, Stoke and Chester contract, delivering Retrofit and Capital Works refurbishment programmes. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure safe, effective and timely delivery of the Retrofit/Construction and external refurbishment projects (e.g. EWI/External Wall Insulation, Cladding, Roofing, doors/windows). Lead and manage a team of direct and sub-contracted Construction and Trades staff. Reporting into the Project Manager you will have direct responsibility for operational Site Management To lead, assess and be responsible for all retrofit/construction works with the Projects division.
