Fortem is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for its Northern Projects division. Based in Sheffield, Grimsby or Boston with travel across northern contracts, you will lead commercial aspects of social housing refurbishment projects and support budgeting, forecasting and governance.
The role requires a strong background in Social Housing refurbishment, dispute resolution, contract law and robust IT skills (Excel, Pivot, V-Lookup). A driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.
