The role focuses on the commercial management of a £16m Retrofit social housing refurbishment contract across four high-rise buildings, with a small, dedicated team and some flexibility for 3 days onsite.
You will oversee commercial matters, invoicing, forecasts and cost control, while ensuring value for money and alignment with project budgets.
