The Role

Commercial Administrator We are looking for experienced Commercial Administrator to join us on a permanent basis. You will be office based in Stratford Upon Avon supporting our Orbit Social Housing branch.

You will be supporting the Commercial function and reporting to the senior Quantity Surveyor This role offers part-time hours as follows: Monday-Thursday will be Part time hours 10am-2pm Friday will be Full time hours from 8.00am- 4.30pm or 8.30am-5pm Our Services Fortem Solutions are a very successful Nationwide business specialising in the Social Housing sector for over 20 years.

We provide Repairs & Maintenance, Planned, Retrofit, Capital Works and Decarbonisation workstreams within Local Authorities and Housing Associations and are part of the Willmott Dixon Group. Fortem's contract with Orbit Housing covers over 17,000 properties across Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford. We have multiple workstreams, including Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Capital Works and Re-Roofing.

Duties & Responsibilities Commercial Administrators support the commercial team with general administration tasks ensuring they are completed promptly and accurately. Commercial Administrator responsibilities will include: Input accurate and timely information, including supplier and subcontractor details Allocate costs for purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy Daily handling of both incoming and outgoing telephone calls Use of Excel (data input and reports) Assist with sending out enquiries and raising purchase or subcontractor orders Maintain accurate financial records and manage invoice schedules Produce clear and accurate documents and correspondence Support the team to meet deadlines and achieve business targets What will you need?
