You will lead commercial management for a £16m Retrofit refurbishment contract across four high-rise buildings, ensuring entitlement, cost control and proactive reporting.
Essential criteria include five GCSEs with A-levels, industry qualification, strong Excel skills, and social housing refurbishment experience.
