Repairs Supervisor

The Role Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Supervisor. You will lead a team of Sub-Contractors and Trades in undertaking the required works to the highest possible standard. The Company Fortem Solutions are a nationwide business specialising in the Social Housing sector. We provide Repairs & Maintenance, Retrofit, Capital Works and Decarbonisation workstreams within Local Authorities and Housing Associations. Duties & Responsibilities Working on various social housing Repairs projects, you will motivate, coach and retain Sub-Contractors and Trades people ensuring commitment, outstanding workmanship and performance in line with KPI\’s.
