A excellent opportunity has come up for a Client Manager to join a small family run Accountancy Practice based in Central Skipton.
You’ll ideally be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 2 years post-qualification experience, however Part – Qualified applications will also be considered.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established & friendly team that who are offering excellent prospects for partnership in the future.
Core hours 8.45 – 5:15 Monday to Friday, with 5pm Finish on a Friday
Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:
· Managing your own client portfolio, Acting as the main point of contact for these clients, providing excellent service and building strong professional relationships.
· Preparation of accounts of sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, and charities
· Completion of personal, partnership and company tax returns
· VAT Returns
· Working closely with both the Practice Partner and Accounts Technicians
· Assisting with workflow management and job allocation
· ACA/ACCA or nearly qualified
· Previous experience of working in practice
· Career motivated, ideally with long term goals of partnership
· Good communication skills with experience of supporting a diverse range of clients
· Ability to manage a small but growing portfolio of clients
· Computer literate and experienced in cloud accounting software
· Good knowledge of taxation to the level of general practitioner status
