All applicants must have your own van with business insurance and tools. A mobile phone will be provided.

Our client is looking for a temporary Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out property repairs mainly consisting of plumbing and joinery tasks in the Bradford and West Yorkshire Areas. This is a temporary position, ongoing to cover a period of long-term sickness, joining a small and established team who will be able to provide support where needed.

Tasks involved but not restricted to:

  • Repair/replace toilets, basins, baths, shower trays, showers (electric and thermostatic)
  • Pipework leaks on mains water & waste
  • Replace radiator valves & radiators
  • Unblock toilets and basins
  • Replacement locks, including gaining entry
  • Door fitting
  • Replacement glazing and board ups
  • Kitchen cupboard door replacement
  • Door adjustments

Working hours: Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 4.30pm

DBS check will be applicable.

Benefits: £13 - £15 per hour, Mileage Paid, Weekly Pay
