Our client is looking for a temporary Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out property repairs mainly consisting of plumbing and joinery tasks in the Bradford and West Yorkshire Areas. This is a temporary position, ongoing to cover a period of long-term sickness, joining a small and established team who will be able to provide support where needed.
Tasks involved but not restricted to:
- Repair/replace toilets, basins, baths, shower trays, showers (electric and thermostatic)
- Pipework leaks on mains water & waste
- Replace radiator valves & radiators
- Unblock toilets and basins
- Replacement locks, including gaining entry
- Door fitting
- Replacement glazing and board ups
- Kitchen cupboard door replacement
- Door adjustments
Working hours: Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 4.30pm
DBS check will be applicable.
Benefits: £13 - £15 per hour, Mileage Paid, Weekly Pay
