This is a delegate sales role with a clear progression pathway. As a Delegate Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving high-quality delegate attendance at our global trade shows through proactive outreach and consultative selling. This role is ideal for someone looking to prove themselves in a fast-paced sales environment and progress into a fully fledged Sales Executive position within Fortem’s wider sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively sell delegate passes via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and partnerships
- Engage and influence C-level, Director, and senior management professionals
- Clearly communicate the value, ROI, and relevance of attending Fortem’s events
- Build and nurture relationships with industry bodies, associations, and networks
- Consistently hit and exceed weekly and monthly delegate sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to maximise campaign success
- Track performance and continuously improve outreach and conversion rates
