We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our Commercial team based in Sheffield. This role is a permanent role and the working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm.

In this role you will support the commercial team with general administration tasks ensuring they are completed promptly and accurately. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

The Customer

This will be working within our Northern projects division.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Input accurate and timely information, including supplier and subcontractor details
  • Allocate costs for purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy
  • Use of Excel (data input and reports)
  • Assist with sending out inquiries and raising purchase or subcontractor orders
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage invoice schedules
  • Produce clear and accurate documents and correspondence
  • Support the team to meet deadlines and achieve business targets

What You Will Need

  • Prior experience in an administrator role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • The ability to input data and basic formulas into Excel
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
