Fortem Solutions is recruiting a Repairs Supervisor to oversee an on-site trades team for the Cambridge Housing Society contract. You will lead a multi-disciplinary group, ensure first-time fixes, and drive safety and quality across all works in Cambridge and surrounding areas.
You will coordinate with internal departments, recruit and develop staff, and report to the Operations Manager to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction. This permanent role runs 8am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
