Fortem Solutions is recruiting a Voids Supervisor to lead our in-house Voids Team for the Cambridge Housing Society contract. Based in Cambridge and the surrounding areas, you will manage tradespeople to complete works first time, on time and safely, with strong leadership and customer service.

This permanent role requires hands-on supervision, KPI-driven performance, recruitment input, and close collaboration with the operations team and client to deliver high-quality voids, repairs and planned.
