Fortem Solutions is recruiting a Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of trades on the Cambridge Housing Society contract.

Based in Cambridge and surrounding areas, you will supervise and motivate the trades to complete work first time, on time, and safely, while collaborating with client and internal teams.

Core hours are Monday to Friday 8am–4:30pm.

The role involves performance management, recruitment input, and delivering high‑quality repairs, voids, and planned works across Cambridgeshire.
