We are inviting expressions of interest from skilled and motivated individuals across a variety of roles as we prepare for several upcoming retrofit projects across the UK.

For our Retrofit projects, we typically recruit for the following positions:

  • Site Manager
  • Project Manager
  • Operations Manager

Our retrofit services are designed around the resident’s experience, whilst achieving the dual goal of reducing energy bills and carbon emissions. Working in partnership with social housing landlords, we design turnkey solutions all the way through from funding applications to programme delivery.

Working with a fully accredited supply chain, we offer PAS2035/30 compliant design and installation solutions, including:

  • EWI
  • Ground and Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Whole House Ventilation Systems
  • New Roofs and Extensions
  • Doors and Windows
  • Gas to Electric Conversions
  • Cavity, Loft and Underfloor Insulation

Competitive salary based on experience with profit related bonus. Motor Expenditure Allowance of £3,500. Option to opt into a salary sacrifice car lease. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off (34 days total).
