Fortem is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract at our Head Office in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.

You will partner with operational leaders, shaping people plans and delivering proactive HR support across a dedicated workstream.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will influence change, manage ER matters and use data to drive workforce planning and capability development.
