Fortem is seeking a Repairs Service Planner to join our team on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract. The role is office-based in our Smart Hub in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, with standard hours Monday to Friday. You will schedule trades for tenants’ homes, coordinating with operatives and external contractors to ensure timely, quality repairs across the South West portfolio. Your responsibilities include reviewing daily diaries, planning repairs, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
