Fortem Cares in Hitchin is looking for an Out of Hours Call Centre Agent to join their Customer First Call Centre team. This home-based role requires availability during late hours, specifically Tuesday & Wednesday from 3am to 8am, and Saturday & Sunday from 10pm to 3am, totaling 20 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, handle complaints efficiently, and possess strong communication and IT skills.
