Fortem Solutions is seeking a Voids Supervisor to lead our Cambridge Housing Society contract, supervising the in-house Voids Team to complete work first time, on time and safely in Cambridge and surrounding areas.
You will manage tradespeople, recruit and coach staff, and work with multiple departments and the Client to ensure excellent service. Core hours are 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to collaborate across sites.
