Fortem recruits 3 Site Managers to work from our Birmingham Projects division, delivering retrofit and external refurbishment on occupied residential blocks.
You will coordinate multiple workstreams, oversee specialist subcontractors, maintain programme, quality and safety standards, and ensure works meet Employer's Requirements.
The posts are permanent, with Monday–Friday base; candidates should reside within travel distance of Birmingham and join as soon as possible.
