The Role Due to continued successful growth, We have a new permanent opportunity to join our Fortem Repairs and Maintenance team at Stonewater as an experienced Plumber Multi Skilled Trade which uses core Plumbing skills and basic Carpentry You will cover most aspects of property maintenance and repairs covering a patch in the Taunton, Yeovil, Bridgewater and surrounding areas. This will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance to Social Housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision. Core Hours are Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.30pm - Work Van, Fuel card Tools provided! + Generous ON CALL rota The Plumber Multi takes ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs, operating within the company Health and Safety guidelines, and remaining within budget and time parameters The Customer Stonewater Housing is one of our long term contracts. We look after over 7,500 houses in 4 different areas of the South-West, from Taunton and Yeovil, over to Bristol and Swindon and down to Salisbury and Bournemouth. We currently deliver Repairs
