The Role Due to continued successful growth, We have a new permanent opportunity to join our Fortem Repairs and Maintenance team at Orbit Housing as a Carpenter Multi Skilled Trade which uses core Carpentry skills, basic Plumbing and a range of other Multi trade skills which can include, Tiling, Flooring, Windows. The Carpenter Multi Trade will be responsible for most aspects of property maintenance and repairs to Social Housing Properties covering a patch across Warwickshire and surrounding areas so travel is essential. Core Hours are Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.30pm We provide a Company Van, Fuel card, Power Tools and PPE! The Customer Fortem's contract with Orbit Housing covers over 17,000 properties across Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford.
