Fortell.ai is a fast-growing conversational AI company working with governments, non-profits, and car dealers across 30 countries. Our mission is to radically enhance customer communication through voice AI, SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will help us design and deliver world-class conversational agents for voice AI. You’ll work directly with clients, translate their needs into structured call journeys, and relentlessly test until the experience is seamless. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, persistence, and problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients to understand their communication challenges and goals.
- Map and design customer call flows and conversational journeys.
- Implement and configure voice AI solutions tailored to client needs.
- Test obsessively to ensure quality, reliability, and smooth experiences.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver zero-to-one products.
- Document processes, learnings, and improvements for scale.
