The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, to join a fast-paced, collaborative team.
You will be responsible for sourcing a wide range of construction workers, while building strong relationships with both the client and on-site workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and place construction and civils operatives (Groundworkers, Plant Operators, Steel-Fixers, Supervisors etc.)
- Work collaboratively across a shared labour desk to meet workforce demand
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate worker bookings, shifts, and availability
- Manage and resolve workforce issues (attendance, performance, welfare)
- Support vetting and security clearance processes
- Ensure full compliance (right-to-work, qualifications, site requirements)
- Maintain accurate records and internal systems
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruitment (all sectors considered)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident working with both clients and site-based workers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused
