Senior working supervisor managing larger or more complex teams (typically 5-10 operatives), delivering specific trade packages such as concrete works, deep drainage, steel fixing, formwork or roadworks. First line of supervision liaising with engineers or site supervisors.
Qualifications & Cards Required:
- NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision (or trade-specific Level 2 with significant experience)
- CSCS Gold Supervisory card
- SSSTS
- Proficiency in briefing RAMS and interpreting site drawings
- CITB Health, Safety & Environment Supervisor Test
