The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 Β£ per year.
The purpose of this role will be to support the due diligence and onboarding process for new MGA opportunities and to support the ongoing operational processes for MGA programs across the Specialty UK and European business. Engaging with external business partners and working across all Fortegra departments, this position requires an understanding of the MGA market, good stakeholder management skills, strong communication along with the ability to influence others and organisational skills.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the due diligence process for new MGA opportunities with a focus on specialty and commercial products
- Undertake operational due diligence activities and provide recommendations for sign off
- Support the onboarding and implementation of new MGA programs across all departments
- Undertake and support the ongoing operational processes for existing MGA programs and individual risk business
- Support the renewal due diligence process for existing MGA programs
- Support and input into project plans, status reports and operational reports
- Recommend improvements across operational processes across the business
- Effectively use internal systems such as CRM and project management systems
- Engage with all functional departments to resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the Regulatory and Compliance team to ensure operational processes are compliant with all relevant and local regulations and operational data is available for Regulatory and Compliance reporting
- Support the MGA partner Audit program
