What You'll Do

  • Execute Sales Strategy: Drive customer acquisition through direct engagement and professional relationship building.
  • Represent Brands: Act as the primary face of established professional services brands, ensuring high-quality interactions.
  • Manage Pipeline: Lead conversations from initial contact through to solution delivery and closing.
  • Apply Feedback: Participate in daily coaching sessions to refine communication styles and overcome customer objections.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Share market insights with the team to improve overall business development processes.
  • Mentor Peers: Support and guide newer team members as your own experience and seniority grow.
  • Own Progression: Actively track your development milestones to move toward leadership and operational roles.

Required Qualifications

  • UK Work Authorization: Must be fully authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
