We are looking to speak with experienced corporate paralegals or future trainees who would be interested in an in-house role starting in August. The successful candidate will join the legal team of a hedge fund scale up. The role will run for 6 months initially however could be extended for up to 12 months.
The role will involve supporting with a wide range of legal areas as listed below:
- Corporate legal work
- Support with commercial contract workstream - reviewing, drafting, amending
- Company secretarial tasks
- General legal admin support
- Employment legal work
This role is a full time position and the team work from the office 4 days per week.
